Medusa is a new variety of dragon fruit. It is the daughter of Donavans Laverne Red crossed with an unknown variety. However, the result is a giant fruit with incredibly high brix easily entering the 20’s.
The fruit has long beautiful fins much like Donavans Laverne Red. The plant grows very well and has good resistance to disease, as well as sun tolerance.
Medusa is the daughter of Donavans Lavern Red, one of the best tasting varieties of dragon fruit.
