“Aussie Gold” Dragon Fruit

Description

A Yellow Dragon fruit variety that makes perhaps the largest yellow-skinned fruit.

They come from a breeding program in Australia, from genetics relayed from Israel where it is sometimes called “ISIS Gold”. There is a similar variety called Israeli yellow, that shares many of the genetic similarities.

The fruit is sweet and refreshing. When picked at the right time, the fruits taste similar to lemonade.

Aussie Gold is also a very productive variety that has good resistance to disease and other growing issues. It is very reliable.
