If there is a problem with your tree, you must initiate a claim within 7 days. This can be done by emailing galaplantsnursery@gmail.com.

Items are not refundable unless they arrive dead or damaged. In such cases, please contact us and we will arrange either an exchange or refund.

Physically altering the products you have received, such as removing the plant from the pot/container it was shipped in, may void your exchange/refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping returns

You may be asked to return the item before receiving a refund. A shipping label will be paid for and provided to you.
